Class I Copper Air Terminal Copper Alloy

Description

Class I air terminals are used on structures up to and including 75 ft. tall. Air terminals shall be secured against overturning or displacement by one of the following methods: (1) Attachment to the object to be protected, (2) Braces that are permanently and rigidly attached to the structure. Air terminals exceeding 24 in. (600mm) in height shall be supported at a point not less than one-half their height.
